I couldn't have asked for anything better! Jake really went above and beyond when a tree came down and rested on our roof from the storm on April 29, 2025. I was having difficulty getting someone to come see the job because everyone was getting slammed with calls. I filled out the on line request for service and received a text from Jake the same day! He asked me to send him some pictures. The next morning he called me and talked more about the job. He said he would be out that day. To my surprise, he showed up and did the job right then and there! It was a huge tree that was hanging over a cousa dogwood that I hated to see get damaged. I pointed it out to Jake, and he said he would do his best not to hurt it. When he came down from the roof and started working on the part that was over the dogwood, he handled it with such care! When all was said and done, my dogwood was saved, and is now in full bloom! It was wonderful to have such a pleasant, talented young man do such a great job! I would recommend him to anyone. Highly recommend JJ's Tree Service. They came out on a Sunday evening shortly after we submitted a request for an estimate for the removal of a large dead pine tree on a steep hillside. Upon inspection, he observed that the tree was in danger of falling and told us that he could be out the next morning to remove. The crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently removed the tree. I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was given the immediacy of the situation. Both myself and my neighbor are breathing much easier this morning. JJ's is definitely my go to contact for anything tree related!

Jake was a LIFESAVER! Last weeks storm caused a tree to fall on our house. Jake answered my call and was at our house the same day to assess the damage. Tree was removed promptly. He was great to work with, very kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend him!!

I just had this company at my house to cut down a large maple tree and 3 dogwood trees. Before they came I was really nervous about them cutting down the big oak tree. They reassured me and even showed me their certificate of insurance when I asked for it. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They are super nice guys and very competent! I would definitely hire them again! And their price was reasonable!

If you have trees that need taken down Jake is your Guy! He came over got to work ,and with in 20 mins had the 1st of 4 trees down. Half a day and it was all gone. He did everything I wanted and more. Great pricing Fast service! Highly Recommend!

9/10/2025- Jake and his crew removed seven trees and stumps for a more than reasonable price. They did three difficult removals of large trees on the property line carefully so there was no damage to neighbors' fences. They did a great job. Tom M.- McCandless Twp.

We had two trees fall (one in the alleyway behind our house and one in our yard) and they came very quickly the day it happened to look at the job and came NEXT DAY for cleanup. During a recent storm, I had a tree fall and pull an electrical line down. I figured it would take days if I was lucky to get someone to come out due to the amount of damage this storm left. To my surprise I called JJ Tree Service and was answered in a ring or too. I couldn’t believe it. I expected to leave a message and hopefully get a return call within 24 hours. Not only did I speak to someone, JJ Tree Service came out that night and cut the tree down and handled my problem 3 hours after it fell! Who does that in today’s world! I will now use this company for all tree removal and maintenance. I have a lot of trees around my house and throughout the years have had bad stories from other tree removal companies. After this interaction and fair service JJ Tree Service will be my go forward. I cannot thank you enough for the service! Amazing! I recommend this company.
